Fresh From The OMB's Frontlines

 Sources allege that during today's OMB hearing the Regional Lawyer compared himself and the City Planner Paul Chapman to the sidekick super hero's Batman and Robin.

The Chair presiding over this hearing thought this was quite amusing and remarked " you do know they are gay don't you?"
