"At Friday's OMB PROUD's lawyer, Jane Pepino raised the point that both Port councillors voted with the majority of the city council NOT to support the PDVC devleopment proposal.   I suppose a sympathetic person could argue on behalf of one of them, as a relatively new councillor for Port, it was easy to get confused about which side to vote for. But how could he forget who he "rented" his campaign office from? How very slack of him. I wonder if he blushed?"
