We have to give credit where credit is due and I think it is safe to say Doug Herod did a pretty good job here.  Of course we have always been debating that there is absolutely no proof provided that would demonstrate that this project will work.

We have to remind you that we Port Dalhousie has proven successful economy of over 200+ years and we are attempting to wipe out this economy and replace it with something unproven.  Sounds ridiculous to us.  But that's just us, and we like business plans.
